Stephanie George (aka Steph Gee) is a storyteller and astrologer from the Bronx, NY. She has built a career as a multifaceted cultural worker across theater, poetry, dance, and the visual arts, with over a decade of experience as a curator, arts administrator, and grassroots fundraiser. As an artist advocate and creative doula, she offers spirit-led support to help artists bring their visions to life. Her work as an artist and poet is inseparable from astrology. Stephanie uses celestial movements to map, track, and trace artistic shifts and trajectories and name creative possibilities for Black artists in their practices. Stephanie is the author of Love, Steph Gee, a love note inspired newsletter, and Horoscopes with Heart, a bi-monthly reflection on the moon’s cycles. Whether championing artists, leading fundraising efforts, or delving into the mysteries of the cosmos, Stephanie is driven by a deep desire to elevate work that honors her heart, heritage, and ancestors.
