Resonance is a community sound experience led by Iyanga Intelez, featuring crystal singing bowls and an immersive soundscape designed to create space for rest, relaxation and presence.

Find a comfortable place to lie down or sit. Close your eyes. Let the room get quiet and give yourself permission to simply be.

What to Bring

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel comfortable. Chairs will also be available for those who prefer to remain seated.
