Resonance

A Community Sound Healing Experience

Step away from the noise. Return to yourself.

Resonance is a community gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and simply be. Through immersive sound healing led by Iyanga Intelez, you'll be guided through a restorative experience using crystal singing bowls and resonant frequencies that invite deep rest, presence, and renewal.

When

  • Saturday, August 22, 2026

  • Doors Open: 1:30pm

  • Session Begins: 2:00pm

  • Session runs approximately 60 minutes

Where

  • Recirculation — a project of Word Up Community Bookshop / Librería Comunitaria

  • 876 Riverside Drive

  • Washington Heights, New York 10032

What to Expect

Find a comfortable place to lie down or sit, close your eyes, and allow the sound to do the work. As the room settles, you'll be invited into a shared experience of rest, reflection, and presence.

Whether you're carrying stress, seeking clarity, or simply looking for a moment to breathe, Resonance offers space to pause before stepping back into the rhythm of everyday life.

What to Bring

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel comfortable. Chairs will also be available for those who prefer to remain seated.
