Turning Care Into Action: Introducing The Care Drop

There are moments when people are carrying more than they show. You can’t always see it, but it’s there. What makes a difference in those moments is often something simple. A reminder that someone cares.

That’s what we’re building with the Care Drop.

In 2026, we’re bringing people together to raise money to source, pack, and distribute 2,000 Mental Health Kits to people across NYC, reaching communities who need it most. Each one is created with real intention, meant to meet someone exactly where they are.

Inside every kit is something thoughtful and human

  • A journal and pen for the thoughts that need a place to land

  • A community mantra card to come back to when things feel unsteady

  • Tea for a moment of pause

  • Guided reflection and breathing cards to help slow things down

  • A stress ball to release tension

  • A reusable water bottle because care includes the basics

Every piece is a quiet reminder that you are seen, you matter, and you are not alone.

The Care Drop is about turning care into something real. It’s about showing up for people we may never meet, simply because it matters.

If you feel called to be part of this, please support the Care Drop.
